In this exciting new class we'll learn about the rich musical diversity found in the Americas. We will focus on the music, people, instruments, and traditions from different sub-regions of what is known today as Latin America. In our first five lessons we'll visit exciting places like Ecuador, Colombia, Veracruz, Brazil, and Indigenous Mesoamerica.
Through this class you will learn about and listen to music you might have never heard before, but you'll also put your music skills to work! Each lesson is taught by a professional practicing musician and they have integrated interactive exercises for you to do, no matter what level of musician you are, I am sure you will learn something new!

Nos enfocaremos en la música, la gente, los instrumentos, y tradiciones de diferentes regiones que hoy conocemos como Latino America.
